Dr. Billy Elkins and his wife, Crystal, have served in a Pastoral role for over 30 years. In 2021, Dr. Billy & Crystal founded Christ Covenant Reformed Church located in Chickasha, OK. This church’s foundation is built upon the Word of God with a mission to educate believers and to proclaim the Gospel to all nations. Along with being the Pastor, Billy and Crystal have a growing family tree as their three sons and daughters-in-law have blessed them with 4 grandchildren.
Billy is a graduate of Chickasha High School, has a B.A. in Fine Art from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, FT. Worth, TX, and a Ph.D. in Apologetics and Philosophy from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY.
